Strength & Conditioning is the best way to build muscle
and burn fat at the SAME TIME. 

These classes are great for beginners looking to grow in the gym and experienced athletes who want a challenging workout.

At Fuerza we work diligently in getting results for our clients.

Our classes are programmed to achieve the following:

This ensures that each and every individual is receiving the best attention and coaching throughout the class, we cap the capacity of our classes.



STRENGTH CLASSES (BARBELL)

WHAT IS STRENGTH/ WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF
STRENGTH TRAINING?

Our Strength Classes are for lifters looking to elevate their performance and progress. These classes are mostly barbell movements.

Members follow our weekly workout plan to never worry
about what to do when you walk in!


We limit our classes to 8 members per class.
Strength training requires a higher level of attention as
both athletes and coaches. 

As coaches, it’s our job to work with members specific needs and track progress differently for each individual.
